Even despite me having booked a cab and selecting my debit card as the mode of payment, when i booked a cab for my husband, the driver insisted that a cash payment be made. He then proceeded with extreme verbal aggression and refused to let the matter go.
The amount to be paid was around 400, and although the matter is not about the money, it is about paying double the amount for a trip due to the dishonesty of the driver or some software glitch that i am not aware of.
Ola has then proceeded to block my account and is now threatening to take legal action against me should i not make the payment. I have tried to resolve this issue repeatedly with the ola customer care but all in vain.
