I would like to share you my worst experience and service concern what happen with us on saturday (28th oct' 2017).
Our friends came from kolkata for a day regarding their work, as they were new and they booked rental option of 120km/12hrs cab from mobile no :- 9xxxxxxxx, as they want to and fro from bhubaneswar to nuapatana, odisha (Which is 100km round way). When we about to start our ride we have said that we need to go to nuapatana. Then he started the ride, just after 3km he said we cannot go their and he was fully rude as he is not weeling to go at all. Then he scared us by saying that it may charge you around 3000/-. Then we said why it will charge 3000/- as it showed us only 1268/- after discount.
Then he said you can close your ride and whatever will be shown in bill you have to pay now. As we were not having that much cash, so we have to close our ride.
After close we saw it was 1268/- per only 3 km, which was really unfair with us.
We tried to use support service for the current ride, but we were unable to use as in "your ride" section ride detail was not visible at all (After restart of the device also). We were fully helpless. Then we said to cab driver to help us as it is not worth and we were getting late, he was very rude and the behavior was very bad. So we have to pay and leave the cab.
Kindly tell me one thing if we have did wrong at least the cab driver should aware of that we have booked the wrong option. So that we can cancelled at that moment and can pay 150/- for cancellation. Please tell me whether is that worth for going 3km in 15 min will be charged as 1268/-.
Please consider our request he dropped us in the middle o[censored]nknown road and went off. We were really helpless over there.
I would like to request to take server action for the cab driver and we apologize we booked wrong option as we were not aware. But paying 1278/- is really worthless.
Please take the genuine fine/fare and refund us the amount. Was this information helpful? |
