On my last ride, estimated fare was rs 252/- after i reached the destination, i asked driver to drop me to the same location where he had picked me up to which he agreed and i changed the drop location in app.
After the ride was complete, when i received my postpaid bill i was shocked to see that i was charged more than 200% of what was showing in the estimate earlier.
Ola charged:
For 1st 20 km - rs 120/-
Next 26 km - rs 305/-
Again fare increase charges separate of rs 98/-
Again 112 mins ride fare charged separately for rs 168/-
Taxes separate! Making total bill to be rs 788/-
I wrote my feedback on ola app on 29th april and 1st may but there is no response of any kind. Not even an acknowledgement mail. On top of that they are sending reminders daily for payment and charging ₹1/- per day penalty but not answering to my complaint. I am very frustrated at this kind of behaviour of ola. Kindly help. I demand to be charged fairly with penalties withdrawn. They are making fools of consumers.
