Today, we took book ola mini wagonar for 120 written we booked from huda city centre gurgaon to take us to sec 40 gurgaon infront of police station of sec 40 so we booked it after it come to us we asked the driver that how much u charge around any fig he said relax whtever it shows after stop it will and we thought it will be fair enough so we hopped in and then it is barely 2-3 km from huda to reach there and it take 15-20 min to be there and then when that guy stops and also he the driver was saying about the surcharge that is included due to high demand of customers we though ok it will be satisfying but when he stopped it it comes 372 rupees three hundred seventy two rupees whoops thats something very astonishing so we ask wht the bull** is that so he said it is wht it displayes i told you but obviously i got a message of that charge too so i have to pay the money also we are getting late but now i have plenty of time to take action now and soo also we were four in there we all are law students we knw well what is justified wht doesn't and i just brought consumer protection act for this and also when we do download this app its profile shows somthing like ride everyday at just 6rs/km is that wht u guys do its fake promising you are making that is tottaly unjustified now we doo need compulsation for that for sure and look i dont want to disrespect you just make sure to reply it asap thanx regards anuj gera mail: [protected]@gmail.com and futher that no of car is it is white wagonar Was this information helpful? |
