Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — unnecessarily payment deducted twice for booking cancellation due to driver and system faults | |||
Today booked ola cab but when path time showing 6 mins to reach the driver booked another pickup and got a new booking of ola with path time showing 30 mins, so i cancelled the cab as need a lower time, they deducted 50rs for it, then the same thing happened when i booked another ola... So a total 100 rs deducted from my account. This was not my fault as ola need to provide me cab with similar time atkeast for 6 to 10 mins but shown 30 mins. Then i walked 1 km to book another ola from akaash hospital delhi... This is ridiculous as i was forced to cancel the cab twice... Was this information helpful? | |||
