Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Unnecessary charging money. | |||||
Sir/Madam, I am the customer of Ola cab and book Ola cab on reguraly basis. But from past two-three times the drivers of Ola cancelled my booking without my permission. It takes more than 6-7 attempt to book Ola cab as driver cancel my booking within a minute of booking. On 5th October I booked Ola but driver cancelled my booking so I again try to book cab but the drivers of Ola keep cancelling my booking. Due to this, my father arranged private cab so I cancel my booking of Ola. Now Ola Cabs sends me a message that extra Rs. 25 will be charged on your next ride because I cancel my booking. Drivers of Ola keep on cancelling my bookings but Ola does not take any action against its drivers but this is my first time that I cancel my booking, Ola charged Rs.25. This is clearly the exploitation of its customer. First, Ola provide worst services and then charged unnecessary money. Please help me with this this regard. Yours Faithfully.
