Hence I’m a fleet operator as we gotta rental booking due to non ac the customer denied to come so he cancelled the booking hence it is an online cash trip but the Ola adjusted it as cash trip he didn’t pay a single rupee to us but it’s showing cash collected as 1500 and ur commission 450 added in my balance account this is not a good way hence I have called customer care often no response hence I’m planning to file complaint regards this Was this information helpful? |
