When i had a problem with my driver, rudely denying completing a duty, when i called customer support, one thinking too much of himself ‘customer support executive’, mr, akshay attends to me on ola customer support call centre. When i had no conclusion to the discussion with him, i asked to be transferred to his superior ie the manager or floor supervisor. Instead of transferring to the superior authority, mr, akshay whiled away 15 minutes of my call during the graveyard hours, stating “my supervisor is busy on another call”... The call center executive, mr. Akshay did not show signs of being trained or groomed to handle customer grevinces and concerns that needed quick resoning. Thus, because of mr. Akshay’s incompetence, when asked to be transferred to his superior, he blatantly refused and cut/disconnected the call. If this is the kind of man power that ola is recruiting, i would rather travel by a black and yellow, rather than believing their untruthful advertising. Being a very regular customer to ola and giving a good business of thousands per month, if your man power doesn’t have the courtesy of giving respect to a customer, regardless of the volume of business given and if ola thinks they’re so high and mighty then it definitely doesn’t deserve my business and neither of the people in my network who also give ola a great chunk of business.
P. S. I would like a probe from the concerned authorities to know where was the supervisor when he was much needed to attend to a customer? Was this information helpful? |
