I have a ligament injury. Took time to come to pickup point. Driver cancelled but when I called to ask where he was he abused heavily. I want immediate action regarding this. He could have left without the abuse and that wouldn't have been a problem at all. Dirty abuses. I want the driver to be taken to task you cannot talk to a customer like that. I'm a frequent ola customer from Lucknow. I have always had comfortable and professional experiences with ola drivers prior to the most recent one. I had booked a cab at around 2:45/2:48 pm on 30.4.2019. He called and I confirmed the location of the pickup. I told him I would take around 5-7 minutes to come down to the pickup point. I had recently been in a major accident which left me with a severe ligament injury rendering me unable to walk swiftly. I, obviously, wouldn't be expected to run my way to the cab. I reached my pickup point only to notice an empty road. He was not there which meant he had left. Due to a slow network it didn't show me immediately that he had left or cancelled. I called to check with him and asked him politely where he was. He opened the conversation with heavy abuses - ones which I don't think I'd be able to write in this mail. I did flare at him and asked him to mind his language and tone but he snapped and cut the phone on me. I was angry and flabbergasted. Never had I ever come across such disgusting ola drivers. I've been trying to get in touch with the customer care team but can't find a number that can get me through to them. I want to get in touch with someone who can solve this issue for me otherwise I'm one step away from filing a legal complaint against the company as well as with the consumer forum.
