Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Very rude behaviour towards women by, mr. Dexter c escalation supervisor

I called ola taxi customer service and was transferred to a dexter c, escalating supervisor who was so rude, he insulted me as a customer and aggravated me instead of being helpful he spoke in loud and wrong tones to a women. He kept insulting my intelligence and when i tild him i don't want to speak with him anymore, and i demanded to speak to someone else, he refused to transfer my call and said he was the most senior person that i could speak to and that i could hang up if i wanted to.
After i called back to complain, he mockingly loudly said to usha, the girl who answered my call, "long irritating call, don't answer"
He does not belong in customer service.

I expect an apology from him and he should be fired for not knowing how to talk to a woman or a customer.

Ola runs a promotion that says you need to apply the code Happy 100 for trips on mini and prime cabs between 11am - 5pm IST
I applied the code on 18th October in Mumbai, in the given time after the trip ended the promotion did not reflect and I paid almost twice the charge as compared to the normal amount I pay for that distance.
When I arrived, I was informed by a colleague that a similar thing happened to her on 17th October 11am IST. So that's two people and it didn't take long to realize that this is a HOAX PROMOTION. Shame on you ola cabs. And the customer service was super unhelpful who says we cant see it on our system hence you haven't applied it.

Drivers tend to not pick up calls for a long time if they don't want to pick the person.
And if the user cancels we're given a cancellation charge which is insane!
I am facing problems and I'm the one who has to pay for it.
The service sucks and is only used because I don't have an option .
Fix it fast or this company is going down
I am charged 75/- extra everytime I travel through ola cab. Have been charged twice before, according to the ola cab driver its the cancellation charges that we keep on paying for the cab we booked previously and cancelled. So we have stopped bookibg the cab now.
