Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Very rude behaviour towards women by, mr. Dexter c escalation supervisor | |||||
I called ola taxi customer service and was transferred to a dexter c, escalating supervisor who was so rude, he insulted me as a customer and aggravated me instead of being helpful he spoke in loud and wrong tones to a women. He kept insulting my intelligence and when i tild him i don't want to speak with him anymore, and i demanded to speak to someone else, he refused to transfer my call and said he was the most senior person that i could speak to and that i could hang up if i wanted to. After i called back to complain, he mockingly loudly said to usha, the girl who answered my call, "long irritating call, don't answer" He does not belong in customer service. Date : 18th october, 2016. Time between 5pm-6pm indian ist Number : [protected] I expect an apology from him and he should be fired for not knowing how to talk to a woman or a customer. And if the user cancels we're given a cancellation charge which is insane!
I am facing problems and I'm the one who has to pay for it.
The service sucks and is only used because I don't have an option .
Fix it fast or this company is going down
