Same here,
I booked cab from my location to my office location. They charged me Rs.30. But driver not followed map navigation and he take me 16km long from my drop location. I called to OLA support team they told me sorry for that and we will drop you after second drop. But second drop was after 10km. Then even I agreed. But driver told me I can’t drop you because we are too long from your drop location and get off from car otherwise I will stop car here. Again, I called OLA cab service and they told me book another cab and goto your location we will refund both amount (Rs.30 of current booking and whatever will from your current location to your office.) because we are dropping long from your office location.
Then I booked another cab (Rs.74) and I went to office. When I call them again for refund then I got refund only Rs.30 not all amount 104 (+74 of my second ride). Then I email support team and ask, then they directly refuse to refund.
In short: As per my discussion with OLA support team, he told me book other cab and go to your destination we will refund your (both) amount because driver is drooping you long from your distance then, i booked other cab and i paid 74 rupees for that. so totally i paid 104 for 30 rupees’ ride. so why OLA are not paying me my total 104? I have recorded call with agent if you want to clear.

For this rode ola charged me 400 toll charges but till arya college, kukas no toll plaza is there.im not only who face this but every person who hire ola face this problem plz help
When i called them they didn't try to help me out.
