I had the worst experience with ola cabs. I have book ola cabs on 13\04\18 from badlapur to titwala. & call to drive prathamesh chavan he called me & say i will reach within 10 min. Ok i am waiting 30 min. But he not pickup phone, then i will book again & call to driver he told me i will come in 15 min. Again i am waiting 20 min, & call to driver he is saying my car not cng so am not coming, fck off ola cabs. Again i book next ride, & call to drive he is say i am not go to titwala & cut phone, finally i gone to auto stand & book auto within 2 min.& safely reach to my destinations. This is a [censored] service provided by Ola... I am fed up with this. Every timw drivers problem and not even pick up on tume on a single day. Please improve the service or else close it.
