Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Worst service ever | |||||
I have booked OLA cab yesterday morning as I am on an early morning shift and my login time is 05:00 am.. I booked your cab and I called your driver and he said he is coming in my pick up point within 10 minutes. I have waited for about 20 minute and then I called your Cab driver.. he said he will be there in the next 10 minutes.. OMG.. I called him again after 20 minute.. I called him around 8 to 9 times and he has not responded.. instead he has disconnected my call.. Now imagine.. I am in a critical situation wherein I need a cab urgently and your cab driver is giving me the same response.. I been marked absent just because of your service. I am sure I am gonna escalate this matter in consumer or else I need a confirmation that the driver have got immediately suspended from his job. Please let me ASAP.
