I am receiving multiple emails about my payment being due and I have already told 15-20 times about the issue with ola support and ola money
Just want to clarify one thing, I had raised this on Ola app multiple times but every time they close the ticket without providing the resolution.
CRN [protected] and CRN [protected] both were taken on the same day which is Apr 18th 2022.
CRN [protected] was booked for 3 hours and 30 kilometers, I had to visit a doctor. When I started the ride after sometime the driver told me that the AC was not working, I did not want to waste time and hence continued the ride. When I reached my destination I stopped the ride since I did not want to travel back in a Non AC cab and get further sick. The bill for the entire trip was Rs 784.00 which I have already paid.
On the same day I booked the cab from the same location to my home and was charged Rs 630.00
What we need to do here is to combine both the CRN’s and prepare one bill.. I stopped the first ride because the AC was not working.. not my fault.
The combined value of both the bills should be as per below. The only thing that I should be paying is Rs187.67 after adjustments and not Rs 630 plus the late fees.
