Yesterday I took a ride in an ola auto. My preferred mode of payment was Google pay but the option did not show. I often travel by ola, so I know that online payment option lapses after the ride is over. So I was trying to pay while the ride was still on. But as online payment option was not available I paid Rs. 166 in cash.
This was yesterday morning. Till today my payment status has not been updated. Instead, I am getting messages to clear my 'pending' payment without which my next rides will not be booked.
Further, I am not able to raise this issue with ola cabs itself as there is no direct contact channel. The 'call us' option is not showing in the app.
This is pathetic. They are not acknowledging my payment, not providing any platform for grievance redressal and sending me reminders for non-pending payment instead. Please help. Was this information helpful? |
