After around 3 years, i have today renewed the select membership with the earnest hope that their services would have now been stabilized/improved. Factually, it has worsened.
One common complaint i always had was that the driver partners make the select clients wait. Before unilaterally cancelling the trip - leaving the client loitering on the road, be it midnight or evening or whatever. They just don't care. If they like - repeat, if it suits them - they come for the pickup; else, the mystery remains.in peak hours, you are left with 'make your booking again'. And if you take time and reach the support (Another 30 min for sure), normal 'parrot-like' stereo typed answers. Gosh!
Why is there no transparency? How can the driver get away leaving client 'on road'? Why should ola not be sued for damages/agony?
What processes are in place for the government to review these activities? Who is the single point of contact?
Honest feeling, pardon me. I wish the kith and kin of any of our ministers experience this to understand what a common man is facing. May be modiji or madam nirmala sitaraman or shri gadkari saheb.
Hopefully this gains their attention!
