Ola Cabs — Bad experience of ola billing system and commuting

Date of Incidents: 6-Feb-2016, 8-Feb-2016.
I was a regular customer of OLA cab services in Pune, India.
I booked a cab on 6th Feb to board from Shivajinagar to Bavdhan around morning 5.45.am The cab arrived on time. However I wanted to bring to notice here that, whenever I board any OLA cab, either the cab driver doesn't know the routes or he doesn't know how to use the GPS assistance app for maps. We have to guide them the whole route which is completely unfair.
This happens even though if we are in a hurry. Are the common people supposed to be the trainers for these drivers?
Sometimes they take us from wrong route towards our destination and again takes a U turn stating they don't know further route and again back from the place where we boarded the cab and again that stuff happens that we have to guide them the route which we know. This irrelevantly increases our bill.
This driver took me from Shivajinagar to Deccan n again mentioned that he doesnt know that route so U turned from Deccan and back to Bavdhan via University.
I was a guide for him all through the route.
Generally it costs 130-140 Rs approx per trip from Shivajinagar to Bavdhan,
But due to irresponsibility and carelessness of this Driver it charged me 230 Rs.
This is completed wrong and frustrating. It feels like this is a SPAM thing and they are doing it purposely to increase their bills for completing their targets.
If this is not true, then I request OLA company to please maintain some well trained drivers for hassle free services for their regular customers or else they will lose their customers some day.
2. Date of Incident: 8-Feb-2016
The similar incident happend today as well I booked a cab from Bavdhan to Hinjewadi Phase-II. As usual the cab arrived on time and again the same thing happened. This driver took us from Bavdhan to some military area which was banned towards further to move ahead to Mumbai Highway via Pashan.

Then all the way it was again a U-turn towards Bavdhan and from there to Mumbai-Highway to go Hinjewad.
Normally it charges around 170 Rs Max from bavdhan as it is 17.5 Kms from Bavdhan.

Because of this driver's laziness and carelessness we were charged with Rs 340. almost doubled the amount.
Please look into this issue on top priority.
