Today i had booked ola cab at 8:45 p. M. I am sorry to say that the driver was too rude firstly when he called up he asked for the destination and when i said shantinagar bus stand he said it's too far. Secondly when he came to pick up he was not allowing the child to sit on the lap and said or else to remove the luggage from the boot. Before i could cancel he canceled the ride. Was very arrogant in speaking. I have been a regular customer but this was the worst experience i had. The drivers detail is as under.
