Dear Sir/Madam,
I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided by your side and due to poor services provided from you, I missed my scheduled flight.
Last night (15/12/2015) I booked two OLA Cabs from my residence to Sindhi Camp Bus Stand (Jaipur). Before the booking schedule I've got the booking acceptance message from your side with the booked Car and Driver's details.
Immediately after this I've got the booking cancel message and the same driver and car took booking for 2nd CRN That means my booking for the other CRN stood booked because i didn't get any booking cancel message for 2nd CRN.
After Waiting for a couple of minutes, when Driver didn't come I called on his Mobile No. but that Driver Mr. Mahaveer Prasad not responded in proper way and cut down the call saying that He'll not come, Booking Has Been Cancelled.
Due to this I missed my scheduled flight and suffered inconvenience.
It was so embarrassing for me because I've booked the cab for my guests.
I am highly dissatisfied and want you to take appropriate action in this matter and compensate.
