Ola Cabs — cab cancelled at last minute...no communication from OLA about it until i myself called up at customer care.. was on the verge of missing my flight | |||
i booked OLA cab for 8June 2015 morning 4.40 am for pune airport. got the confirmation. but did not receive any driver details or other communication by the company till 20min before the pick up. called myself at the customer care and was told a cab would be sent in next 10min. got the driver details. no cab arrived. then got the message from customer care stating "regret" that there was no cab available. i would have missed my flight because of the irresponsible attitude of the company of not informing me about the cancellation. Luckily got an auto at such an odd hour and boarded my flight. would OLA refund my ticket fare if i would have missed my flight because of their carelessness? Was this information helpful? | |||

if i would not have called up myself at the customer care and waited for the cab, i would have surely missed my flight. i had to call up twice and then was i told that there is no cab in the vicinity. then why did they take the booking in the first place?
