Ola Cabs — Cab delayed | |||||
Today morning at 7:04 on July 25th, 2016, I got into the ola cab, my booking is CRN[protected] and I was sitting in the cab for more than 5 mins and the driver would not start, claiming that his GPS was not working. I had to attend an emergency surgery in Ganga hospital and being the head surgeon I could not wait and hence had to walk out of the cab. This is truly the fault of yours and not mine. I received an SMS from you saying that I will be charged an additional ₹50 in my next ride. In light of this I would not want to take rides from you anymore. This is extremely preposterous and highly unprofessional. Please look into the matter ASAP. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
