Ola Cabs — Cab did not turn up

I booked an ola cab on 7th January 2016 for 3.42 AM the same day. I received an sms with the following details.Driver name- Basavaraj([protected]) for CRN[protected]. SILVER INDICA KA02AE5144.As the cab did not come, I called up at 3.50 AM. The driver told me he had not received any communication from OLA.As I had no option, I had to take my car to the airport, park it there and drive back after 3 days once I came back to Bangalore. Later on I recd. an SMS that the booking was canceled as I did not reply to the call from the driver which is incorrect.This is a serious lapse on the part of your company and I request you to investigate into the matter as I have lost confidence in the services of your company.
