Ola Cabs — Cab didn't came in time, I missed the train

Address:Sundargarh, Odisha

I booked the cab for 7:27 PM, but the i got the driver details 10 minutes before after calling the costumer care. After that i got a call from driver at 7:23 about my location, when i tried to tell him the location, he said that am new to that area, and he told me his location at around 10 kms from here. Then I gave him 10 more minutes (I waited till 7:30), Again I called him, he was still 5 kms away, and he was still very confused about the way. Hence, I cancelled the cab and tried to get the train by my own car but couldn't catch since the train was at 7:48 PM, but due to all these mess i was i was already too late. I fully regret that i booked the ola cab. My details are as follows:-- Name- Vibhuti Vaibhav book no. - CRN91598150 Date -- 15 june 2015
