Hi,
I had a very bad experience from Ola cab service on last Monday, 11/05/2015. I have booked a cab for traveling from Singasandra to ITPL, bangalore. I have received confirmation SMS, even i called the driver for explaining the route. Finally he has come to the building, he had some confusion about the building. We had a conversation and I asked him to wait for 5 minutes, so that I can go and take my stuff.
Later once I returned, the cab was not there. When I called he was not picking the call. Later I connected with him, his answer was rude, irresponsible. Simply was saying, he got another trip and if I have any complaint I can reach customer care.
It was clear that he didnt want to travel to ITPL, because it happened with me before also. When i tried to reach customer care, no where its connecting. I was trying almost 1 hour and got connected to customer care. Mean time, I got alert saying trip completed and the amount got deducted from my OLA account.
When I explained all these to the OLA customer, executive was not believing first. Later informed me saying money going to refunded and action going to be taken against the driver.
Now its more than 24 hours, till now neither update nor money got refunded.
