Ola Cabs — Cab not provided after taking the booking | |||
I booked OLA cab from Ambernath on 09th June 2015 at 10:11 am to ride out at 02:30 pm, received confirmation SMS regarding same at 10:12 am ( Booking number : CRN[protected] I supposed to get driver n cab details 30-60 mins before my booking but it doesn't happen. Called up OLA cab customer care at 02:13 pm to know why I haven't received any update on ride. She told me OLA do not provide any service at Ambernath, I was shocked after hearing this. I asked her why did you take the booking then ??? She said may be its an error. I told her to transfer the call to superior person. She put me on long hold, in between the call I received a message from Ola at 02:18 pm, that cab is on the way and there is a potential delay of 30 mins, still my call was on hold. I waited for another 5 mins still I was on hold, thought may be my cab is booked. To confirm, again I called up customer care, again same happened, she said no cab is booked and can't find any cab for me. After long hold of 10 mins finally there superior came online. Telling me its technical error and they can't do anything on it. Due to this I unable to reach for my important meeting and ended up financial loses. This is very very unprofessional. Not at all reliable. Questions to OLA Are you reliable ??? If you take booking why didn't you provide me a CAB ??? If you dont provide service, why did you take booking ???
