Ola Cabs — Cab not provided without intimation | |||
i booked a cab on 07/06/2014 for 6:30 PM. I get a message at 6:00 PM regarding the cab and driver details. At 6:35 i call the driver asking when would he come and i get a reply "i am not on duty". Further he says that he is unaware of the booking and that he is off duty. Upon persuading also he doesnt oblige and asks me to search for another alternative. even after unending attempts of trying to contact the ola cabs customer care number, it does not connect. Today being a rainy day and me and my friends having to travel close to 30 KM ended up paying double price for last minute changes. I being a first time customer would never want to take the services from here anymore. The same thong also happened to one of my friends when they almost missed their flight.
