I would like to file a complaint about the harrassment I am facing on non payment of Ola ride.
I had booked an OLA ride through app on 30th June'23 and 2nd Sep'23.
On 30th June the auto ride fare was INR97/-, which obviously was paid to the driver (that's how he would let me go). Don't remember the date, but I gues somewhere in Aug, I frantically started getting calls for non payment of the amount to OLA. Firstly I do not understand why it is an automated voice telling us about the non payment of dues. If you have the guts, your customer service executive should call and get this matter sorted. However, as it was first time, I agaon paid the money through gpay.
About the 2nd Sep'23 ride, I have a proof that I had paid INR 116/- through Gpay. I am frantically getting calls even now. I'll have to stop this by complaining in police station and defaming you guys on social media. Wait and watch.
I do not want any calls going forward.
I have already uninstalled the app and do not wish to use it anytine from now. Have some courtesy and repay my OLA money balance.
