Ola Cabs — Cancellation of cab by driver stating false reasoning | |||||
On 18 of May 2016 I had booked an ola auto from Mantri mall Bangalore to Guttahali. After ola auto confirmation i called the driver three times, the call got through but he never answered. Understanding that he wanted to cancel the booking, i was okay to let it go. However i got a text msge from Ola stating that driver has cancelled because my phone could not be reached. It is one thing to cancel my ride but it is just unacceptable to blame a customer falsely. It was a rainy day with high surge and continual booking failure from ola micro and ola mini.
