Ola Cabs — Car cleanliness, negative attitude of driver and non-transparent billing

Hello Ola! The car, driver and his attitude was the worst, I've ever seen in my life. I felt like not even a rupee to be paid for the trip. Why do you charge at Rs.16 per km (Rs. 365 for 23 kms) however, all your solicitation and collateral are saying you are the cheapest! You honestly not the cheapest. Anyways, such customer experience is dangerous to your sustenance for sure. This trip made me think multiple times and to share this bad experience in my circle of friends and relatives and colleagues to use Ola for future needs. Aspiration to raise from the ground gracefully needs power to outgrow gravity, indeed!. You are terribly missing that in delivering the service and transparency in billing part!!
