Ola Cabs — car driver didnot get confirmation ID. Car didnot came | |||
My booking ID was CRN89469029. I booked OLA cab for early morning 5.00am dated 08th June, 2015. For this, I had booked cab at 4.00am in the morning same date. I booked that cab for my old age parents as they had to take bus at 6.15am. But car didnot came till 5.15. So I called the cab driver named Manjunath M([protected]), car no. KA06D2685. But he said he didnot get any confirmation ID. So cann't come and cut the phone. I called customer care no.[protected] for knowing the status. The customer care executive said he will call back in 2 mins. But he didnot called back. I again called the same no. the executive cut the phone by saying "hello, hello, hello". I can hear him but he didnot just after my complaining. How come. This attitude is very much unprofessional. I am not expecting this from a reputed company like yours. I newly started using your cab.
