I have booked cab, though i didnt informed or got pop up saying "extra charges per minute"
They charged extra 60 Rs apart from tariff.
Then i called customer care, here is a SUPPORT TEAM DID
call 1 = talked for 12 mins, put on hold for 6 mins & they cut the call
call 2 = talked for 15 mins put the call on hold & cut the call
call 3 = 10 mins, CUT the call
call 4 = Talked for 30 mins & said loded complaint on all ABOVE ISSUES and SAID, Complaint is sent through MAIL
till now i have not recieved ANY MAIL
WORST CAB in the world. dont choose OLA. SCRAP
Today i called again and spoke with customer care for 1 Hour.
