Ola Cabs — Charged twice for the same ride

I had taken a cab on May 29, 2015. My balance in Ola money was Rs. 119 at the time of booking. I had recharged Rs. 500 after I was picked up, the recharge was delayed for some reason and did not reflect in the Ola balance. My ride was complete and the total bill came up to 431, the app showed that I had to pay Rs. 312 after deducting that 119 (my old balance). I assumed that the new recharge didn’t get updated and paid the driver 315. Later the full amount 431 was deducted from my account - Ola money balance. I had this issue with Ola earlier and I received full refund at that time. When I called them about this issue, they did not give me proper response. I sent 4 mails (none of my mails were acknowledged) and called thrice, did not receive proper response from them. Please help.
