Ola Cabs — charges

Reference your INVOICE NO.[protected] May, 2015.

Following discrepancies noticed :
01. The Cab reported at 01.20 pm, not 01.01 pm
02. The driver took a little longer route, giving reason of traffic.
While
booking on phone, we were informed that the driver will take us in
whatever route we prefer.
03. Ride time charge is unfair, please explain ??
04. The change in base rate was not informed.
05. When the demand is high, you must make alternative arrangements so
that everybody can avail the cabs, instead of burdening the customer
with peak time charges which is not customer friendly.

We hope that the same would be explained & rectified

This cab is super expensive then the other cab's . will never book or suggest my friends this .Had an bad Experience yesterday

Kharar - to Baltana IS 30 Km
and the driver has charged Rs 500/-
