Ola Cabs — Complaint against auto driver - OLA Auto booking

VERY DISAPPOINTING !! WROTE to [protected]@olacabs.com as well. Didn’t got any reply yet. Writing here with a hope to get some concrete solution I booked an auto from Domlur to Koramangala @ 10:15am 14 July 2015. When i reached at destination point, i came to know that the driver had cancelled the Ola booking intentionally by himself after i board the auto. I was expecting that the charges will be deducted from my Ola money. He made me to pay cash and on top of it he forced me to pay extra to the bill amount. I couldn't argue with him at that time, as i was in hurry. These auto wala’s are fooling around people and i chose Ola for convenient but may not use or recommend others to use anymore.
