Ola Cabs — Complaint Against Cab Driver (Sunil Kumar) | |||
Dear Sir, This is to inform you that we booked the OLA CAB from Sadar to city station Meerut at 4.15 A.M. on 13.06.15 . WE got the message at 3.30 that he would reach by 4.15, we gave a call back to him but he did not receive our call . Then we called on costumer care no. then he connected our line directly to driver ( Name – Mr. Sunil Kumar, Ph. No. – [protected], Cab No. – UPCT – 1288, Our Booking No. –[protected]. he told us that he would reach by 4.15 but he did not come and not picked phone call too and customer care no. did not respond also so we missed our train and we had to face a heavy loss .
