Ola Cabs — Confirmed Booking, Neither Cab nor info | |||
I had made a booking for a Ola Cab Mini on 31st May 2015 for 05:00 Hours on 1st June 2015. The same was confirmed immediately via SMS. When the cab did not report on 1st Morning nor any SMS on the driver details, I called up their call centre to be told that the same has been cancelled due to non availability of cabs. On persisting, they confirmed me a sedan as an alternate arrangement. The sedan also did not arrive and neither the driver responded to my repeated calls. Mu train was at 06:00 and at 05:15 could not even get an auto. Finally, I had to ask people for Lift and switch 3 vehicles before I reached the station, just in time to catch the train. I need a clear action that will deter these people from being irresponsible and putting customers to tension and hardship. Was this information helpful? | |||
