Hello Ola team, Today, 4th june 1.20PM i booked cab on ola cab app.cab was near to narhe bridge 10-15 away from Ambegaon pathar. Driver asked me for adress on phone . When he reached near to location he said on phone its too far he dont get money for this distance. When he arrived to my place.he was not ready to take shortcut just bcoz 2 mins (may be less)road was not good (in this area all people use same rout for four wheeler). He said he will take long route else he will cancel cab. Long route was near about 4 km long (Long route also have 1-2mins bad patch) still he was ready just to earn more. When i said no to long route he cancelled cab. This is not a good behaviour he should inform ola cab. This kind of behaviour is really big inconvenience to us as we were waitiNg for cab to go to the hospital along with my four month baby. Driver details : SANTOSH S ([protected]) for CRN88403809.
