Ola Cabs — De Confirmation of booking without prior notice

I had booked a cab on April 11th, 2015, prior a day for April 12th, 2015 at 6 PM from Wonderla Amusement Park, and went there with my two more female friends. This is verysad to tell you that there was no prior initimation from Ola team that they do not provide service to that area and left us alone and helpless there so far from the city that too knowing the fact that the booking was done by a female and it was very obvious by the name. Booking CRN no. is 74654342 After all I sent them email for this and in lieu of all this they rechared my Ola account with Rs. 300 to compensate their pathetic services and mistakes, but i am not at all satisfied with this as they left three females alone in the outskirts of the city, but there has not been any satisfactory response from them. So I am writing this email as a complaint against them.
