Ola Cabs — Deficiency in service | |||||
I am also had a pathetic experience met out by Ola cabs today 11.01.2016). I have booked a vehicle on 10.01.2016 at 9.19 P.M. for a travel to Thilak Hospital at Thillai Nagar, Tiruchirappalli in Tamilnadu on 11.01.2016 at 6.00 A.M. for a surgery to my son fixed at 7.30 AM. The CRN is[protected]. The hospital informed to me that my son would be present at 6.30 A.M. at Hospital sharply for pre-operative treatment and so I booked the cab for my ride at 6 A.M. instant. I have received a message on 11.01.2016 at 5.37 AM informing that a vehicle with TN45BF3384 was allotted with Driver name M.Saravanan whose contact number was [protected]. Then the driver was spoken to me from [protected] at 5.37 A.M. informing that he was in Thillai Nagar and he was not available for pickup from Srirangam with a rude manner. Then I have a received a message from Ola saying that there is no vehicle is in the nearby to my area and the order is treated to be cancelled and informed me to book afresh for some other vehicle after some time. The message was received at 5.41 A.M. In this emergency I could not find a vehicle immediately and called Friends Track and informed them the emergency situation and they arranged a cab within 10 minutes and reached the hospital in the exact time. The vehicle is booked in advance only for a safer side to reach the destination in time. But how can I trust this cab for emergency situations like today I have met? This is a worst experience I have met from Ola and the last minute cancellation triggered panic and tension to me due to the emergency of attending the hospital for surgery. How the Ola will compensate to the mental agony and torture, deficiency in service to me? Was this information helpful? | |||||
