OLA CAB Number: KA 04 D6126 Driver Name: AYYAPPA Phone number:[protected] CRN Number:CRN[protected] Description: It was a Nightmare, Ruthless experience by the Ola cab driver which left me stranded amidst heavy rains. After boarding the cab from my home, he drove for a distance and after coming to know of the destination(ITPL) he started driving in a slow motion. He pushed me to call the customer care since he was not willing to come and started picking up silly issues that he will not pick up my friend on the way. He played a drama with the customer care just because he didn't want to go to the destination and cancelled the ride. Instead of serving customers to their destinations, he placed an offer in front of me where and all he can drop me instead... Ola Customer care too was hopeless, Raju from customer care who handled the call could not negotiate the driver and instead tried negotiating me and supported him to cancel the ride.. All this happened while it was raining heavily. The driver rejected taking me back home and left me stranded in the rain. Such an heartless behavior from either of them left me drenched and late to the office. Hopeless service by OLA, they are ready to take you for a ride where they want and not where you need.They cite this in the name of "Company rules" that they can follow only a certain route . I would advice all to please come up with issues like this and address the general users so that they do not fall under the same trap by the ola . Was this information helpful? | |||
