Hi,
I had booked a OLA Cab Chhatrapati International Airport somewhere in Dec'21, and the fare was for around 656, Since we had my Senior Citizen Mother we requested the Cab Driver if we can take the same cab back home after dropping brother at the airport as we would have to walk with MOM to board another CAB, The Driver told to cancel the ride and we can pay him by cash and he assured that the amount wont be debited, we paid him Rs 1200/- in total in cash.
I dint realize that the Rs 656 was showing as pending until i tried to book another cab and there was no contact details in the app to report the same and while booking the cab the OLA Money was selected in error, i reported the same as advised in the app to an email address.
Since then i have been harassed mentally by OLA Money to pay the amount, i have told them the entire scenario, however they don't seem to record or note this in their records and have threatened me to harass me with calls until i pay the money.
I have been receiving multiple calls on a daily basis which is creating a mental torture and i would hold OLA responsible as this is impacting me mentally and physically.
Need a resolution on priority.
