I Rahul Upadhyay, booked a cab on 26th December as my wife and parents were travelling to Pune station from my home (Atria Society, Tingre Nagar).
Now to start with driver was not having any clue where he has to come and i have to first call him and guide him for complete address, I was busy in my office but i guided him completely. Again when i called he was still at Pune airport and was running late, finally after calling 3-4 times he reached my place at 2:15 PM which is 15 minutes late.
I immidiately lodged a complian about this so that they dont charge me extra putting this time in wait time.
But in the end driver asked my wife for more Rs26 and put 13 minutes as waiting charge, when my wife asked that you came late driver argued and said madam you please talk to customer care but give me my amount. I called customer care afer this incident and they were not ready to listen at all about this, later they said we will credit this in your ola account.
I refused saying that i dont want to use this Ola cab service ever again and please give me money in cash back, on this they rudely replied that you can go ahead and complaint but we dont give back cash.
Please some one help me as such people bring bad name to company, the person who replied rudely to me his name was Vipul and was very rude, this incident happened in Pune.
