Ola Cabs — Driver not reached

Hi, I have made the a booking and following are details :driver INDRA BHAN SINGH ([protected]) for CRN 82029784. White Wagonr HR 38 T 1328 to pick you up @ 5:30 AM, 12May. Driver called me up at 4:45 am and confirmed the address. But after that driver stopped picking my call and not arrived at my destination . I have called on OLA customer care no., their executive put my call on hold for 10 min and disconnected my call without giving any response . I have called 4 times at your customer care no. And then I got new cab details but new pickup time was 5:50 am . Finally I got the cab at 5:50 am but I missed my train. I was going for an urgent official meeting and it causes a huge loss to me. I expect appropriate action against driver ( Indra Bhan singh) and refund of my ticket. Expecting a prompt response from your side. Thanks. lakshey uppal [protected]
