Ola Cabs — Driver very rude

On 8th july friday we had booked can ref crn[protected] which was showing 6 minutes to arrive
After confirmation cab diver called us and started abusing us as why we have booked ola at this time and we should select cab which is only 1 minute away from the place and on and on
Finally he started abusing filthy language and we cancelled the booking

May we request to warn this driver and we seek apology from him
