Ola Cabs — Drivers denying after listening drop location

I am using the service provided by the OLA since many months. But now a days many of your drivers are asking for the drop location and then they are denying the rides. I have ignored this kind of hopeless issues but today i.e, 19/6/2016 again it has happened.
Below are the details of the driver. I hope the driver should be penalised.
