Hi, I booked a cab from Jp Nagar to vijayanagar at 3.55 pm on 13th jan, 2015. The cab arrived at 4.05 pm and the total destination was 10.8 km. I am liable to pay Rs. 150 but I was asked to pay Rs. 202 as Rs 54 was charged for waiting. The driver very clearly mentioned to the customer care that there was no waiting period. The CRN number is 28364744. I have wasted more than 30 minutes in sorting out this matter.Kindly help.

I have used OLA cabs before an hour. They mentioned waiting charge is Rs.34 for 22 mins. But there is one signal from boarding point to End point. It waited for 1 min in that signal.
