Ola Cabs — Extra waiting time is charged

i booked a cab on 30 th may time 10:30 pm from Madhuram Royale-jodhpur to Airport Road Jodhpur.Time of arrival of cab was 10:40 pm and i boarded the taxi on 10:49 pm.delay was of 4 mins but Ola charged me for 24 mins.Spoken to customer care three times till now(Abdul, Shahrukh and Saumya) all three agreed the extra charged and saying money will be credited to my ola account within 24 hours, but no such refund is there in my account. wrote three emails no one has answered them.
