This is with regard to CRN 99709531 booking confirmation with following details.

This is an intimation before i send a legal notice for the economical damage done by OLA cabs by falsely confirming the Cab booking. When driver was approached, 20 minutes prior to the pickup time ( 3:25AM), his number was switched off. I tried calling customer care which was unreachable. I missed my flight because of this. As it was very early in the morning, I could not get any other cab. I have my flight tickets to show and the proof that i could not board the flight. I have recording of both the failed attempts to reach OLA (driver and customer care). Please provide the explanation as early as possible. Was this information helpful? |
