Ola Cabs — Fare was overcharged

Hi All, We understand that OLA is the best car rental service as it has lowest price and good service. However, recently my mother traveled from Moti Nagar (Hybd) to Hyderabad Airport. The "Olacabs invoice for CRN97258698". The total distance travelled was "45.07 km' and the fare charged was Rs. 1413.00. I am surprised to know that this is double the amount what we expected and the customer case member didn't told us about the approximate fare in advance. The amount was paid by my mother, however this was totally unexpected. The driver mentioned that it is the peak hour, I don't understand the concept of peak hours. This concept is never in Mumbai or Delhi, and I hope Hyderabad is still behind these metropolitan cities. Request you to please look into the issue and this is total unacceptable.
