I left my roll of handmade paper in an ola cab from ginger hotel iitm road to Chennai airport. When I realised the roll was missing I called the cab and told the driver my luggage was left with him. First he did not take my calls then I called him many times. Finally he replied and I told him I left my roll there. He said he looked for it and didn't find it. I am 100% sure I have left it in his cab.

I have left my earphones in an ola auto ride in Mumbai from Mulund to Bhandup on July 06 Friday ...can I get it back...mobile no. Is out of coverage...
I forgot my mobile in OLA cab on 19 Aug 2018 around 3:45 am, as it put in their charging point.
When I call on my number it is ring later driver swift off my mobile.
I already inform OLA customer care and they ask me lough FIR in police station however police is not ready to lough FIR.
Kindly let me know what I do to get my mobile as I am 100% sure, it is stolen by OLA driver only.

Today i forgot my DSLR Camera in Ola Cab after sometime when i recall about that, then I contacted to driver but driver denied that there is no camera. I also asked to ola customer support guy but did not got any meaningful answer from their side, can anyone Suggest what can i do to escalate this?
